SUMMER LEAGUE TEAM ENTRY FEES 

• PAY ONLINE WHEN YOU REGISTER -
• Team Fee is $425 Includes (1) Dz Softballs   
• PAY @ COACHES MEETING
•  Team fee is $425 includes (1) Dz Softballs with your Paid entry at Coaches meeting.

1. Late fees will apply if not paid at Coaches meeting.

• SENIOR LEAGUE  Team Fee is $400 includes (1) Dozen Softballs
• Womens Leagues Team Fee is $325 (Deadline is June 12th)
• NEW Teams to Broken Arrow Adult Softball must pay the $80 forfeit deposit in addition to the Team entry fee.   
• If you played in 2022 or 2023 Leagues and did not ask for a deposit refund or forfeit any of your games,  then you have a deposit on file. You will only pay the entry fee.   

Summer Season May 30th to early August.

•  14 Games,  / Dbl headers/ 7 - 9 weeks, No Games played on July 3rd thru 5th.

Late Fees:   A $25 late fee will be applied to your team balance if not paid in full at the Coaches check in meeting.   

UMPIRE FEES Softball :   $20 PER GAME / $40 PER NIGHT ( DBL HEADERS) PAID AT THE PLATE TO THE UMPIRE. 

Coaches Check in Meeting:    

Wed. May 22nd and Thurs. May 23rd

6:30 to 8:30 Come and go meetings YOU PICK THE DAY. 

We start writing League schedules 24 to 48 hours after the Coaches meetings. Unpaid no shows will NOT be written into the schedule. Schedules could take up to 5-8  days for all 21 Leagues schedule to post. 

• If you played in Leagues with us in 2023 or Spring of 2024 then you should already have a player Number to go on your Team League Paper Roster.
• If you are a New Player then you need to Register for a Player Number. Its FREE and its your number for life.
• If you plan to play on a Tournament Team then you will need to go to your account and review & Update your NSA Player number for 2024. The system will not allow you to be accepted onto a Online Tournament Roster unless you Review and Update.

Sundays

• Mens afternoon A-Rec - 1 HR & Inning ending Out. ( REC LEAGUE)

Mens League starts 1pm

• Coed Evenings A-Rec- 1-HR Inning ending out
• Coed Evenings AA- 2HR
• Coed Evenings AAA 4HR

Coed Games could start as early as 4:00pm, Last games at 9:30pm

Monday

• Seniors 45+
• Seniors 58+
• BlitzBall - TBA
• Church REC @ Indian Springs

Tuesday

• Mens A-Rec- 1 HR- Inning ending Out
• Mens AA/AAA- 3+1up HR
• COED A-REC @ ISSC-1 HR-

Wednesday

• Mens Single A-Rec - 2 HR
• Mens AA/AAA 3+1up HR
• Womens A/Rec
• Womens AA/AAA

Thursday

• Mens Single A - 2 HR
• Mens Church 3 HR
• Seniors 60+ @ ISSC

Friday

• Coed A-Rec - 1 HR
• Coed AA - 2HR

NOTE: On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Leagues, Some games can or will be played at Indian Springs once Team numbers reach or exceed capacity at Challenger Complex.

LEAGUE CLASSIFICATIONS

We have returned back to our traditional League classifications of Single A-Rec, Single A, Double AA, and Triple AAA due to the confusion of using Tournament Team classifications of B,C, D & E in League. 

League classifications are as follows: 

• Single A / Rec. ( REC)  0 - 1 HR
• Single A -  ( A )  1 - 2 HR's
• Double A - ( AA )  3 HR's
• Triple A -   (AAA)   4 + HR's

DEFINITION OF LEAGUE CLASSIFICATIONS

Single A / Rec. - Players / Teams that play for nothing but Fun and generally play one or 2 seasons a year and players generally don't play Tournaments or multiple league nights. 

Single A  - Players teams that are a little more serious, But only play one or  2 seasons a year and has a player or 2 that plays E or D Class tournaments.

Double AA - Players & Teams that are experienced and play multiple league nights and play D & E Class Tournaments and have 2 or 3  players that play C Class Tournaments.  

Triple AAA - Players & Teams that are very competitive, play multiple league nights and play B, C & D Class Tournaments.
